- First and foremost, at 1:30pm today, Roy, Cliff, Roy, Cole, and Joe will be holding their first news conference together from Spring Training. The easiest way to listen is on 97.5FM The Fanatic. EDIT: Or watch on PhilliesNation.com
- VORP (Value Over Replacement Player) has become one of my favorite Sabremetric statistics. Well, the folks at chasingutley.com came up with a graph of how much money the Phillies have spent on replacement level players or worse over the past 2 decades.
- Pictures of every World Series Ring created. Seems like they were all pretty simple until the 1977 Yankees had to go and jazz things up.
- Ken Resenthal doesn't seem to think the Phillies will end up with 5-200 inning starters. Barring some injury, I completely disagree.
- Baseball Think Factory gives you some ZiPS projections as to what can be expected from Phillies players in the 2011 season. I think they're a little light on W's for some of the starting pitchers, but I'll gladly take a .280/18/80 line out of Domonic Brown.
- Tom Verducci from SI.com seems to think that anything less than the World Series from the Yankees, Phillies, and Red Sox is a failure.
- In perjury trial news, both Roger Clemens and Barry Bonds saw some legal action over the weekend. I just got summonsed for jury duty on Saturday but I really wish I could be a fly on the wall at these two trials.
- A thorough interview with Jamie Moyer from Bugs and Cranks where he talks about his charity foundation and his attempt at a comeback in 2012.
- Edit #2, The print I mentioned on last week's link dump is finally available. I'll be getting one, and I suggest you do the same! Limited edition of only 200!
